The Gul Night Surf on the 12th 13th and 14th of June will hold the first Stand up Paddleboard competition on the Pro surf tour; this is a great addition to the tour and will attract the top Stand Up paddle boarders in the UK. The event will be sponsored by Custard Point surfboards and will add an exciting dimension to the weekend. Stand up Paddle board has increased in popularity in the UK over that last few years and it is fantastic for the sport that it has been given a place in the prestigious UK Pro surf tour. The event will undoubtedly create a lot of interest and will bring some big crowds down to Fistral Beach Newquay.

The Gul Night surf is a one of a kind event being the only Night surf in Europe, there will be entertainment and events throughout the weekend with live music, Volleyball competions and product testing. There will also be a spectacular firework show on the Saturday night over the surf. After the events finish on the Friday and Saturday night Gul will host 2 after party’s at the Beach Night Club in Newquay, to ensure that the buzz around the Night surf can continue into the early hours of the morning. There will be live music, DJ’s and body artists and extra giveaways. The weekend and the event will be the foundation for the Gul Night surf to be the UK’s most talked about Surf event on the UK Pro surf tour.
