It has been held at Freshwater West, Langland, Llanglennith and Rest Bay. The event attracts the best surfers from across Wales. It is supported by Bridgend Council who recognise the value of surfing to the local community.

Rest Bay Wave Information The beach points out straight into the Bristol Channel and on its day produces epic walling lefts and rights along the length of this golden beach, creating perfect conditions in a safe environment for surfers of any ability.
It is really well accessed with huge car parking capacity and with good facilities directly above the beach.
